Partner with sales and customers to conduct technical discovery, design healthcare integrations and solutions, demonstrate products, create proposals and SOWs, respond to RFPs and security questionnaires, and support handoff to implementation. The role requires expertise in REST APIs and healthcare interoperability standards including HL7 v2 and FHIR, plus strong communication, presentation, and customer advisory skills. This is a remote US East Coast role with less than 5% travel.

Manage a portfolio of B2B SaaS healthcare accounts from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Drive product adoption, customer ROI, retention, and account growth; lead QBRs and EBRs; resolve issues; coordinate cross-functional teams; educate customers on product capabilities; and represent customer feedback to Product and R&D teams. The role requires strategic stakeholder management, technical credibility with IT teams, and approximately 20% travel.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise healthcare accounts and build new business in digital health and patient affordability. Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close, negotiate contracts, develop business plans to meet quotas, build client relationships, support post-sale success, and collaborate with internal stakeholders. Travel 30–50%.
