Own end-to-end internal events and remote/hybrid employee experiences: company offsites, team offsites, virtual events, coworking/space relationships, rewards and recognition, vendor and budget management, logistics, feedback, and incremental improvements to keep a distributed team connected.

Leads Tailscale’s Developer Relations function as a strategic growth program. Responsibilities include managing and scaling the DevRel team, creating technical content and community programs, supporting launches and integrations, developing public technical voices, partnering cross-functionally, influencing product strategy, tracking developer and business metrics, and managing budgets, vendors, and resources. The role combines hands-on developer advocacy with organizational leadership and portfolio-level program strategy.

Design, build, test, and document client-side networking software for Tailscale's dataplane. Improve connectivity between clients, subnet routers, and exit nodes, optimize performance and reliability, resolve complex customer network escalations, collaborate with product and engineering, and engage with the open-source community.
