Leads global Talent Operations by owning the recruiting technology stack, optimizing ATS workflows, automating manual processes with AI, building recruiting dashboards, maintaining data quality, and managing a distributed operations team. The role also standardizes recruiting processes, supports offer and contract workflows, evaluates vendors, enables recruiters and hiring managers, and ensures hiring compliance across multiple countries.
