Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care for lower-to-moderate acuity patients (across lifespan). Manage intakes and follow-ups with clinical autonomy, collaborate with in-house therapists, and use employer support for scheduling, billing, licensing, and technology.

Lead strategy and execution for Talkiatry's data platform and integrations. Build roadmaps for metrics, data models, and AI-driven user capabilities. Own data quality, third-party integrations, and self-serve analytics. Partner cross-functionally to define success metrics, resolve dependencies, and deliver scalable, low-friction data products for Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Referrals.

Partner with clinical leadership to provide strategic HR guidance, manage employee relations, support performance management, administer compensation and promotions, coordinate onboarding and accommodations, analyze HR metrics and exit interviews, and lead HR operational projects supporting the clinical organization.
