Teams at Tapestry - Coach and Kate Spade

Serves as a Coach brand ambassador by delivering personalized luxury-retail service, styling customers, driving sales through upselling and clienteling, meeting individual and store KPIs, and supporting POS transactions, inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising, and stockroom operations. Builds client relationships through follow-up and social selling while maintaining store standards, collaborating with teammates, and working flexible retail schedules.

Assist customers with product selection and styling, provide personalized recommendations, drive sales through customer engagement and brand storytelling, process POS transactions, and maintain stockroom and sales-floor operations. Requires strong communication, teamwork, multitasking, product knowledge, social media awareness, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and busy retail periods. Must be able to regularly lift 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Provides customer service and sales support in a luxury retail store. Responsibilities include operating POS systems, handling cash, promoting products and gift cards, receiving and organizing shipments, replenishing inventory, maintaining stockroom and sales-floor standards, supporting visual merchandising, and following loss-prevention policies. Requires flexible scheduling, strong communication, attention to detail, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and at least one year of retail experience.
