Provide friendly, efficient customer service at cash wrap and on the sales floor; operate POS, process shipments and transfers, maintain stockroom and visual merchandising, support sales and loss prevention, and perform physical stocking tasks.

Support the Store Manager to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, develop and coach staff, execute omni-channel engagement, maintain operational and visual standards, and ensure loss prevention and safety.

Lead Supervisor drives sales and customer experience by coaching and mentoring the store team, executing company initiatives, monitoring sales data, recruiting and training staff, resolving HR/conflict issues in leadership absence, enforcing policies and supporting store operations. Requires physical ability to handle and move merchandise.
