Validate and test RF transceiver boards and antennas (3–7 GHz): measure s-parameters and patterns, characterize RF subsystems over temperature, troubleshoot failures, analyze data, and produce test reports while supporting production.

Designs and ships MAC-layer scheduling algorithms for next-generation fixed wireless access networks. Responsibilities include spectrum and resource allocation, link adaptation, interference management, simulation, telemetry analysis, production C++ development on Linux, field validation, robustness testing, and collaboration with systems, DSP, and field teams. The role also evaluates machine learning for embedded real-time systems and mentors engineers while resolving complex performance issues in deployed networks.

Lead the architecture, design, and development of network software for wireless communication systems. Responsibilities include data and control plane development, Layer 2 networking, switching, traffic management, security, device and cloud management, provisioning, telemetry, diagnostics, and hardware interfacing. The role requires deep networking expertise, C/C++ systems programming, UNIX knowledge, telecom or embedded product experience, and technical leadership across cloud software development and operations.

Provides FP&A support through forecasting, budgeting, strategic modeling, month-end reporting, board materials, and variance analysis. Partners with cross-functional leaders to assess R&D, manufacturing, sales, profitability, and investment decisions. Manages P&L and balance sheet forecasting, scenario and ROI analysis, and process improvements. Builds automation and agentic workflows using Excel, scripting, and AI tools to streamline reporting and accelerate insights.

Lead design, develop, integrate, and test platform and system software for multi-core ARM embedded Linux/RTOS products. Drive features end-to-end, debug hardware/software interactions in the lab, automate tests, support manufacturing qualification, and enable application developers with platform expertise.
