Lead administration and continuous improvement of the Arena PLM system and document/change control processes. Manage product documentation, BOMs, revisions, supplier and compliance records. Own ECR/ECO/MCO/PCN/deviation workflows, facilitate cross-functional change reviews, and drive data governance, audits, KPIs, training, and PLM-ERP/MES integrations to ensure product data integrity across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and suppliers.

Lead design, develop, integrate, and test platform and system software for multi-core ARM embedded Linux/RTOS products. Drive features end-to-end, debug hardware/software interactions in the lab, automate tests, support manufacturing qualification, and enable application developers with platform expertise.

As a Senior Embedded Software Engineer, you will develop and maintain an operating platform for next-gen wireless products, collaborating across teams and validating product functionality, while managing projects independently.

The Integration Test Engineer will implement test plans for hardware and FPGA functionality, manage regressions, build test stations, and analyze results to ensure product quality.

Lead the design and testing of hardware systems for wireless technology, emphasizing high-speed circuit designs and cross-functional collaboration.

Validate and test RF transceiver boards and antennas (3–7 GHz): measure s-parameters and patterns, characterize RF subsystems over temperature, troubleshoot failures, analyze data, and produce test reports while supporting production.

Lead pre-compliance RF and EMC testing for carrier-grade FWA devices: execute measurements, analyze against regulatory limits, prepare DUTs for external labs, review certification reports, troubleshoot EMI/EMC and surge/GR-1089 issues, and coordinate cross-functional compliance activities.
