Leads hardware failure analysis and diagnostics from returned field units through root cause, disposition, and corrective action. Develops Python and Bash automation, test plans, lab procedures, acceptance criteria, and diagnostic tools for embedded Linux hardware. Investigates RF, memory, power, serial, GPS, and timing issues using laboratory equipment and cross-functional evidence. Identifies fleet-wide quality trends, validates new hardware, improves QA processes, mentors engineers, and drives corrective actions to closure.

Validate and test RF transceiver boards and antennas (3–7 GHz): measure s-parameters and patterns, characterize RF subsystems over temperature, troubleshoot failures, analyze data, and produce test reports while supporting production.

Designs and ships MAC-layer scheduling algorithms for next-generation fixed wireless access networks. Responsibilities include spectrum and resource allocation, link adaptation, interference management, simulation, telemetry analysis, production C++ development on Linux, field validation, robustness testing, and collaboration with systems, DSP, and field teams. The role also evaluates machine learning for embedded real-time systems and mentors engineers while resolving complex performance issues in deployed networks.
