Duties include media relations, drafting press materials, coordinating client communications, tracking coverage and metrics, social media support, event/press tour coordination, and contributing to new business research and team development.

Lead organic social strategy and execution for priority client accounts, especially in cybersecurity and technology. Build channel plans (primarily LinkedIn), run test-and-learn programs, partner with creative and paid teams, translate analytics into actions, manage client relationships and KPIs, mentor junior staff, and support commercial growth and resourcing to drive account expansion and performance.
