Manages energy and mobility construction projects from scope and estimating through delivery. Coordinates internal and external teams, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, vendors, contractors, and client meetings. Provides project reporting, oversees pre-construction activities, conducts site visits, and ensures safe, timely, specification-compliant execution. Requires experience with electrical construction projects, travel up to 60%, and eligibility for a DoD Secret security clearance.
