Build processes, training, and playbooks to proactively reduce ER risk and improve leadership effectiveness across the business.

The Director, AI Transformation & Enablement will architect strategies for incorporating AI into workforce management and enhance skills across the organization, while leading a small team in AI deployment and organizational change practices.

Own Tekion.com technical strategy and delivery: design scalable CMS architecture, implement pixel-perfect responsive builds, extend CMS with HTML/CSS/JS, integrate APIs and CDNs, optimize for SEO/AEO and Core Web Vitals, lead cross-functional teams, and mentor developers to drive high-converting, AI-forward web experiences.

Lead design, architecture, and implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ solutions. Own lead-to-cash, quoting/pricing, integrations (ERP, billing, marketing, CLM), mentor Salesforce team, ensure reliability/security, and drive DevOps, testing, and change management for subscription-based SaaS workflows.

Manage all accounting and compliance for international operations, ensuring adherence to financial processes, reporting standards, and internal controls. Lead month-end close and support cross-border financial integration.

Lead and grow the Parts product team to deliver B2B SaaS solutions for parts wholesale and multi-warehouse inventory. Lead delivery of post-sales product initiatives across professional services, customer success, and support: own roadmap, run discovery, write PRDs, enable AI/workflow automation, partner with engineering, build KPI dashboards, manage internal tooling lifecycles, and drive go-live and adoption across global teams.

Lead product vision and roadmap for Tekion's Automotive CRM, translate dealer and partner needs into product requirements, define AI/LLM-enabled CRM capabilities, collaborate cross-functionally to deliver SaaS CRM features, create product artifacts, measure success metrics, and prioritize initiatives to drive adoption and strategic account success.

Lead development and execution of learning strategy for services and partner enablement. Manage a team to build scalable onboarding, certification, and continuous learning programs, align initiatives with business outcomes, define success metrics, and iterate based on data and stakeholder feedback. Represent enablement in strategic planning and partner-facing activities.

Lead cloud-based DMS onboarding and training for dealerships, configure SaaS workflows and integrations, manage implementation teams and milestones, document runbooks, mitigate risks using tools like Jira or Salesforce, collect user feedback, and drive customer adoption through intensive product certification and change management.

Support delivery of scalable Variable Operations solutions: gather and analyze requirements, document processes, assist configuration and testing, create user documentation and training materials, track project milestones, and perform basic data analysis to ensure successful implementation.
