The People Business Partner will support product and engineering teams, driving talent enhancement, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives while ensuring HR compliance.

Manage all accounting and compliance for international operations, ensuring adherence to financial processes, reporting standards, and internal controls. Lead month-end close and support cross-border financial integration.

Lead full-spectrum employee relations for US/Canada/UK/Germany: run complex investigations end-to-end, coach managers on performance and documentation, own PIP lifecycle, design and deliver compliance training, and maintain the employee handbook and policies. Build processes, training, and playbooks to proactively reduce ER risk and improve leadership effectiveness across the business.
