Leads sales operations strategy, processes, systems, and analytics. Responsibilities include territory planning, quota setting, CRM data governance, dashboard and reporting development, pipeline and forecast optimization, cross-functional process improvements, sales compensation and enablement operations, sales technology integration, and advising sales leadership through data-driven insights.

Implement and onboard customers to Tekion’s cloud-based automotive platform through configuration, training, workflow setup, and stakeholder coordination. Manage implementation milestones, risks, documentation, change adoption, and customer relationships. Mentor implementation specialists, gather user feedback, and communicate product insights internally. The role requires SaaS implementation experience, strong communication skills, project leadership capabilities, completion of product certification, and travel up to 90%.

Lead the architecture, development, deployment, and optimization of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ solutions. Own lead-to-cash, quoting, pricing, subscription, renewal, and amendment workflows while integrating Salesforce with ERP, billing, marketing automation, and CLM systems. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, ensure security and data integrity, establish DevOps and testing practices, document architectures, and mentor Salesforce developers and administrators.
