Leads revenue cycle strategy, billing, collections, and performance improvement across the organization. Supervises regional Billing Managers, optimizes workflows and revenue, develops KPIs and policies, interprets complex payer contracts, and provides operational leadership. Requires extensive healthcare billing and collections experience, management expertise, knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, medical billing regulations, and full revenue cycle operations.

Coordinate development and launch of new behavioral health programs: design clinical programs, build and supervise program teams, conduct orientations, collaborate with start-up staff, corporate departments, and funding/regulatory agencies. Manage budgeting, licensing, and program planning. Role requires significant travel and completion of post-offer health and background clearances.

Direct medical treatment for behavioral health program members within psychiatrist licensure. Lead and communicate with program staff and members, ensure high-quality medical practices, and meet licensure, payer, client, and community standards. The role is onsite Monday through Friday for full-time employment or two days weekly for part-time employment.
