Teams at Temper

Founding Product Designer owning end-to-end design for Temper’s agentic integration platform, including agentic UX, platform UX, and brand. The role requires designing dense technical B2B SaaS products, implementing production frontend code, shaping the design language, and collaborating closely with the founders and engineering team. This is an in-person, early-stage role in San Francisco with high ownership and a hands-on design engineering focus.

Build and own core systems for an agentic integration platform, including multi-agent orchestration, integration runtime infrastructure, durable execution, self-healing systems, and knowledge management. Work directly with founders, establish engineering patterns, make architectural decisions, and ship production software continuously using TypeScript, React, Bun, Effect-TS, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, and AWS.

Own enterprise integrations from scoping through deployment and production support. Work directly with customers, build fixes in the product, and ship improvements based on real-world edge cases. Develop agent orchestration, integration runtime infrastructure, self-healing systems, and knowledge-base capabilities using the stated technology stack. The role is independent, customer-focused, highly hands-on, and based in person in San Francisco.
