Develop anomaly and signal detection, LLM-powered insight synthesis, natural-language planning rule translation, evaluation frameworks, and MCP tools. Partner with external AI providers initially, then establish internal standards for prompt design, model selection, agent architecture, reliability, and evaluation. Collaborate closely with product, design, and domain engineering teams.

Own the strategy, roadmap, adoption, retention, and revenue for Tempo Workforce Intelligence, an AI-powered enterprise product. Lead customer discovery, experimentation, attribution and reporting, agent governance, benchmarking, integrations, instrumentation, and commercial planning. Partner with engineering, design, sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and executives to turn ambiguous customer problems into validated product decisions and measurable business outcomes.

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification through closing and account growth. Conduct product demonstrations, maintain pipeline and CRM records, negotiate contracts, meet sales quotas, and build long-term customer relationships. Collaborate with internal teams on onboarding and customer success while monitoring market and competitor trends.
