Leads Temporal’s product-led growth and self-service strategy, owning onboarding, activation, adoption, retention, conversion, and expansion. Builds and mentors a high-performing product management team, establishes growth metrics and experimentation frameworks, partners with cross-functional and executive teams, and uses analytics and user research to prioritize the roadmap. The role focuses on improving developer experience and scaling adoption of Temporal Cloud, particularly among AI developers and teams.

Leads global accounting, tax, treasury, procurement, financial reporting, controls, audits, systems, and international expansion. Partners with executive leadership on revenue recognition, deal structuring, IPO readiness, and global finance infrastructure while building a high-performing accounting and tax organization.

Lead and grow Temporal’s North American Developer Advocacy team. Manage senior advocates, shape developer awareness and adoption strategy, oversee technical content, talks, demos, events, community partnerships, and open-source engagement. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to align technical messaging and measure advocacy impact through developer engagement, retention, adoption, and usage metrics. The role requires continued hands-on advocacy, technical teaching, software engineering credibility, people leadership, and approximately 30–40% travel.
