Operate as a production line feeder supporting manufacturing operations: supply materials to the line, help maintain continuous workflow, follow safety and quality procedures, and assist production team as needed.

Provide exceptional customer service and consultative sales of Tempur-Pedic products, support store performance, assist or cover store manager duties (opening/closing, merchandising, team leadership/training), implement company programs, solve store/team issues, and perform retail sales associate responsibilities.
