Guides academic and foundation partners through onboarding, training, data filtering, research use cases, and platform adoption. Collaborates with data science, operations, medical science, and real-world data teams while providing technical guidance to researchers and executives. Requires expertise in genomic and clinical data, cloud computing, statistical modeling or machine learning, software development, and customer-facing project management.

Leads strategy and roadmap for diagnostic healthcare software products, including EMR/EHR integrations. Develops product and business strategies, gathers customer and market insights, manages software development and lifecycle processes, and ensures regulatory, security, and HIPAA compliance. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to resolve technical issues, drive innovation, and deliver product improvements. Requires healthcare IT and product management experience, EMR/EHR integration expertise, and familiarity with FHIR, HL7, and related standards.
