Act as HR Business Partner for Tencent Cloud across the Americas, advising leaders on talent, performance, workforce strategy, engagement, and compliance. Align regional/local decisions with HQ, lead cross-functional HR projects, and navigate ambiguous, cross-cultural environments. Must be willing to onboard in Shenzhen for 3–6 months.

Lead pre-sales solution architecture: analyze customer requirements, design and demo Tencent Cloud security and performance solutions, drive POCs and implementations, enable internal teams and partners, and coordinate cross-geo projects to resolve issues and improve services.

The intern will conduct research on Omni multimodal models, focusing on data design, model performance optimization, and exploring application scenarios.
