Provide radiological care and diagnostic imaging for patients of all ages. Operate X-ray equipment and PACS, prepare exam rooms, perform multiple imaging modalities, ensure image quality, practice radiation safety, educate patients, and maintain required certifications including fluoroscopy permit.

Lead hospital case management operations including utilization management, transition planning, care coordination, compliance with CMS/TJC standards, denial prevention, physician education, and staff management to ensure timely throughput, accurate revenue cycle processes, and quality patient transitions.

Maintain and repair hospital high-pressure boilers and related equipment per Massachusetts law. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, investigate and correct issues, procure parts and supplies, troubleshoot across systems, and complete professional repairs to maximize equipment efficiency.

Investigate compliance allegations reported via Ethics Action Line and other sources. Lead investigations including interviews, resolution plans, remediation, root cause analysis, and recommended corrective/disciplinary actions. Collaborate with Compliance, Privacy, Facility Leadership, and HR. Conduct close-out meetings, maintain documentation in Compliance 360, and report investigation activity to the compliance committee. Manage and implement Tenets Ethics and Compliance Program across assigned markets. Provide compliance leadership, conduct audits and site visits, implement corrective actions and monitoring, deliver training, analyze compliance data, and serve as a consultative resource to facility and regional leadership to ensure federal healthcare program compliance.

Support physician onboarding and provider transitions by maintaining project documentation, tracking milestones, generating reports and dashboards, identifying risks, supporting audits, and coordinating stakeholders to keep multiple concurrent hospital-based projects on schedule.

Provide analytical, financial, regulatory, and operational support for clinical research. Duties include data analysis, budgeting and Medicare coverage/billing analysis, IRB and regulatory support, database and clinical trial management, financial reconciliation and reporting, monitoring compliance with GCP/FDA/HIPAA, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure study quality and fiscal compliance.

Operate CT equipment to perform diagnostic CT procedures, attend to patient care needs, obtain required documentation and supplies, ensure accurate patient information on requests and reports, maintain work area and supplies, and support trauma, stroke, pediatric and invasive imaging workflows.

Transports patients and visitors safely and timely within the hospital, documents requests, maintains and cleans transport equipment, completes required competencies, assists with clerical tasks, and performs other related duties.
