Manage and grow relationships with independent and large agencies, own revenue from an agency book, source new partners, lead proposals ($10k–$500k+), design research methodologies, coordinate cross-functional teams, deliver trainings/events, and develop scalable partnership processes.

The role involves leading strategic projects, managing expert delivery for clients, and working closely with the CEO to drive business decisions and optimize processes.
