Responsibilities include architecture and microarchitecture definition, RTL coding, simulation, synthesis, timing closure, verification, debugging, evaluation, tapeout support, test-method development, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. The role covers DisplayPort, MIPI, video processing, encryption, compression, and multiple AV streams.

Design, architect, and verify digital cores for battery charger ICs. Collaborate with systems and analog teams, create verification plans and simulation models, perform simulations and lab evaluations, support multiple projects, and improve design methodology and documentation.

Develop and execute ATE and characterization test plans for mixed-signal/ power management ICs. Create test programs and hardware, debug silicon on ATE and bench, perform failure analysis and yield analytics, optimize test time, and support product release to volume production.

The Design Verification Engineer will confirm design accuracy for analog and mixed signal electronics, conduct tests, analyze data, and ensure compliance with specifications. They will mentor junior staff and drive verification strategies.

Define architectures and specifications for high-power-density DC-DC, IBC, and HVDC solutions. Lead topology tradeoffs, modeling, simulation, and validation. Analyze efficiency, EMI, thermal and protection. Collaborate cross-functionally and engage hyperscale customers for product roadmaps and product bring-up, debugging, and deployments.

Provide application support for clock and timing devices: answer customer questions, perform schematic/layout reviews, debug customer issues, design and release EVMs, run bench characterization and automation, participate in datasheet review, support new-silicon testing, and create reference designs and application notes.

Supervise semiconductor fab technicians and manage production-area activities to achieve production, quality, and cost objectives. Prioritize schedules based on product introductions, equipment efficiency, and material availability. Administer procedures and budgets, recommend capital expenditures and labor budgets, and develop schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas.

Participate in a rotational human resources development program supporting HR business partnering and specialist functions such as recruiting, compensation, employee relations, and development. Analyze workforce needs, develop HR solutions, support talent and training initiatives, improve recruiting and communication strategies, and complete hands-on projects with business leaders. The program includes formal training, networking, and potential international assignments before placement on a permanent HR team.

Participate in pricing strategy, operations, analytics, and customer pricing execution. Interns help establish pricing guidelines, analyze market and competitive data, identify trends, recommend price adjustments, collaborate with regional and business teams, and develop or refine tools supporting pricing analysis and revenue growth.

Participate in TI’s Career Accelerator Program while supporting customers with semiconductor applications, technical solutions, product positioning, testing, debugging, and system-level problem solving. Applications Engineers develop end-equipment expertise, help define future products, provide technical support, and collaborate with customers and internal teams. The role includes hands-on lab work, technical training, and exposure to product marketing and digital marketing.

Design and verify digital integrated circuits, including processor architectures, memory-management units, multicore systems, and cache systems. Responsibilities include defining specifications, analyzing architecture trade-offs, participating in design reviews, supervising IC layouts, developing behavioral models, characterizing prototypes, and coordinating product testing and releases. The program also provides exposure to design verification and analog design through training and on-the-job projects.

The Talent Development Business Partner will lead talent strategies, conduct organizational analysis, and enhance talent development programs while collaborating with senior leaders and HR partners.
