Serve as liaison between claims business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, configure low/no-code systems, support Agile delivery, manage backlogs, facilitate UAT, and propose process improvements for ClaimCenter platform enhancements.

Provide 24/7 technical support to CDC staff via the Service Desk, covering weekend and swing shifts. Troubleshoot Windows 11, Office 365, and VPN issues using designated IT support tools, follow policies/procedures, and collaborate with Service Desk personnel. Requires HS diploma/GED, 2+ years' experience, and Public Trust clearance.
