The Email Marketing & Lifecycle Manager will develop email strategies, manage campaigns, and utilize AI agents for content creation to enhance member engagement and retention.

Welcome and check in spa guests, book appointments, operate the front desk and cash register, process payments, maintain a clean and stocked reception/relaxation area, assist with laundry, communicate guest leads to membership sales, and participate in meetings and trainings. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays required.

Provide excellent member service at a private club by greeting and checking in members, booking appointments and classes, supporting membership sales, operating reception/cafe/registers, maintaining cleanliness and towel/laundry operations, assisting pool/garage oversight, and performing opening/closing and cash-handling duties. Flexible schedule with occasional nights, weekends, and holidays.
