Provides administrative support to Plant Operations leadership in a senior living community. Responsibilities include invoice and accounts payable processing, work order and resident service request management, contractor coordination, scheduling, records maintenance, budget tracking, purchase orders, maintenance contract administration, and resident communication. The role serves as a help desk and departmental administrative contact while supporting preventive maintenance, asset records, reports, and office operations.
