Lead the company-wide quality engineering agenda by establishing test-driven practices, designing testing strategies and automation, defining release-readiness standards, improving quality metrics, and partnering across engineering, support, and sales. The role combines hands-on quality engineering with strategic influence, customer advocacy, risk management, and culture change across distributed technology teams.

Manage and optimize a large AWS infrastructure, addressing scalability and availability concerns while preparing for significant growth. Lead systems management and automation efforts, collaborate with data science, computer vision, machine learning, and software teams, and improve the engineering lifecycle. The role also involves connecting cloud infrastructure with IoT and using technologies such as Docker, Ansible, Python, and database systems.

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, financial analysis, reporting, consolidations, revenue recognition, commissions, budgeting, tax support, audits, and internal controls. The role partners with Finance, supports overseas entity consolidation, improves accounting processes, and contributes to special projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
