Directs the company’s business systems, operations technology, automation standards, email deliverability, unified reporting, and AI enablement programs. Leads the Business Operations and AI Enablement teams, audits and improves Airtable and automation environments, manages vendors and IT helpdesk functions, partners with Engineering on data infrastructure, and drives cross-functional process improvements and technology adoption.

Leads a team of Senior Partner Success Managers while managing a portfolio of high-value partners from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Builds trusted relationships, identifies growth opportunities, communicates ROI, monitors partner health, and drives strategic initiatives. The role also requires designing AI agents, automating workflows across business tools, documenting systems, and championing AI-forward operations.

Own the full membership sales cycle for The L Suite, from prospecting General Counsels and senior legal executives through closing and handoff. Develop multi-channel outreach, tailor messaging to legal executive personas, manage pipelines and forecasts, analyze conversion data, and deliver personalized prospect experiences. Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Member Experience teams while using AI tools, CRM systems, and automation to improve sales effectiveness and membership growth.
