Leads and builds the company’s CRO function across onsite optimization and paid-media landing pages. The role combines hands-on experimentation, funnel and offer strategy, client communication, analytics, process development, revenue growth, and eventual team building. The director will work with paid media, creative, GTM, and leadership while creating scalable testing roadmaps, workflows, and playbooks for ecommerce clients.

Leads day-to-day strategy and client relationships across multiple accounts, developing performance reports, presentations, media plans, test-and-learn roadmaps, and growth recommendations. Coordinates cross-functional teams, manages deliverables and budgets, communicates performance insights, and identifies opportunities to improve account workflows. The role requires broad knowledge of paid search, social, and programmatic channels, strong project management, and the ability to develop trusted client partnerships while progressing toward full-funnel strategic leadership.

Leads paid search media buying and strategy for DTC ecommerce clients across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Optimizes campaigns, product feeds, budgets, conversion rates, CPA, and ROAS; implements agency best practices and uses AI to improve performance. Onboards clients, develops digital marketing strategies, manages client relationships, supports business development, and identifies upsell opportunities. Transitions execution to junior team members while contributing strategic expertise and clear reporting.
