Leads end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for staff positions, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, background checks, pre-boarding, orientation, and employee support. Partners with hiring managers, maintains applicant tracking and onboarding records, prepares reports, delivers training, and improves processes. Also supports guest housing administration, payments, resident relations, and related policies. The role requires strong employment-law knowledge, organization, confidentiality, communication, and recruitment systems experience.

Manages a portfolio of 100+ major donors capable of giving $25,000 to $1 million or more. Identifies, cultivates, solicits, closes, and stewards gifts for annual funds, campaigns, and strategic initiatives. Partners with executives, board members, volunteers, and program staff to develop donor relationships, proposals, and experiences. Maintains fundraising records, conducts prospect research, supports development strategy, and participates in organizational events and leadership activities.
