Manages Coast Guard cutter maintenance and repair projects, including planning, estimates, statements of work, procurement research, milestone tracking, records maintenance, technical reviews, and project closeout. Provides engineering guidance, evaluates maintenance and casualty data, supports ship repair logistics, prepares documentation, and coordinates with Coast Guard personnel and government representatives. Requires marine systems knowledge, Coast Guard processes, Federal Acquisition Regulations, and proficiency with FLS and CWD databases.
