Lead IT operations and strategy for enterprise systems, cloud infrastructure, networks, servers, and business applications. Ensure 24/7 production support, implement monitoring and security, manage maintenance/patching/backups, document inventories and processes, coordinate cross-site support, recommend technology improvements, and recruit/lead IT staff while prioritizing and delivering multiple projects.

Lead pre-sales technical engagements: craft solution architectures, deliver demos and POCs, manage technical sales strategy and account planning, drive deal signoff, and provide product feedback to engineering and product management.

Manage a portfolio of commercial property and casualty accounts from start to finish. Respond to client policy and coverage questions, advise on policy changes and risk management, market and quote new business and renewals, compare carrier coverage and costs, coordinate with underwriters, and compile renewal information. The role provides professional daily client service while partnering closely with assigned Producers.
