Leads the nonprofit’s comprehensive fundraising strategy, including individual giving, major gifts, institutional fundraising, corporate partnerships, campaigns, donor communications, and events. Manages a three-person development team, cultivates major donors and funders, partners with the Executive Director and Board, oversees CRM and development operations, and tracks revenue goals, pipelines, forecasts, and engagement metrics.
