The Program Operations Manager will oversee CRM systems, manage operational processes for programs, and ensure smooth integrations and automations to support community engagement and partner operations.

Build and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and databases; design and operate data pipelines and warehousing; define and track metrics, dashboards, and experiments; run analyses, A/B tests, and predictive models to inform product and strategy.

Design and build end-to-end web and mobile experiences: lead research, concepts, and prototypes; create and maintain design systems; implement responsive, accessible front-end features and back-end APIs; partner with product and data teams to optimize performance, accessibility, and security; shape engineering and design standards.
