Work with the Head of Business and CEO to build operational systems, own monetization infrastructure (billing, pricing, operations), manage strategic vendor relationships, lead core metrics and segment analysis, and connect finance, legal, and go-to-market. Use AI tools to automate and scale processes while shaping go-to-market and incubation of new functions.

Build end-to-end product features for an AI-native assistant: design polished UI/UX, implement backend plumbing, and ship LLM-powered experiences across web, desktop, and mobile. Work on suggestion engines, workflow builders, team-shared automation surfaces, and trusted agent interactions. Be a foundational full‑stack hire influencing product direction and delivering a fast, delightful experience.

Lead product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for Town's AI assistant. Own launches, naming, announcement and in-product moments; build customer stories, demos, and content; drive adoption and onboarding; track competitors; and synthesize user feedback to inform roadmap and messaging.
