Represent injured workers throughout California workers’ compensation claims, including client interviews, documentation, settlement negotiations, hearings, and coordination with medical professionals and other stakeholders. The role requires advocacy for applicants, legal strategy, and compassionate client service. Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor degree, maintain active California State Bar membership, and preferably have 1–2 years of workers’ compensation applicant representation experience.

Represents detained and non-detained individuals in immigration court and Board of Immigration Appeals proceedings. Manages immigration caseloads, conducts detained-client intakes, prepares removal defense and family-based petitions, reviews applications, develops case strategies, prepares clients and witnesses for testimony, provides legal consultations, and drafts legal briefs. Collaborates with attorneys, legal assistants, law enforcement, prosecutors, and community organizations.

Provides administrative and clerical support for immigration cases, including document filing, scanning, tracking, mail distribution, and file creation. Reviews case materials and internal notes, prepares summaries for attorney review, and communicates attorney recommendations and next steps to clients. Maintains detailed records and supports departmental administrative processes while working in a team environment.
