Supports the SVP of Product Development and other senior executives by managing complex calendars, travel, meetings, communications, events, expenses, reporting, presentations, and department operations. Coordinates projects, programs, milestones, and stakeholder communications; prepares business materials and executive reports; handles confidential information; maintains office resources; and mentors fellow Executive Assistants while providing backup team support.

Lead design and scaling of ResearchOps infrastructure, including tools, vendors, governance, budgeting, and knowledge management. Improve participant recruitment, standardize workflows, forecast capacity and budget, define operational OKRs, and partner cross-functionally to streamline approvals. Build operational roadmaps, mentor team members, and deliver measurable reductions in research cycle time and improved research distribution and tooling adoption.

Lead digital content strategy and execution for ABC7, overseeing digital producers, publishing and promoting breaking news across social and web platforms, coordinating with broadcast teams, ensuring editorial standards, troubleshooting site issues, and using analytics to drive growth.
