The role reviews scheduled payments and special check requests, reconciles vendor statements to the general ledger, and maintains recurring invoices and payments. Success requires strong analytical, mathematical, organizational, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, along with 3–5 years of accounts payable experience and proficiency in Excel. The position is onsite in San Jose for approximately six months.
