Manage post-release product revision programs across engineering, operations, manufacturing, service, project management, quality, and suppliers. Coordinate engineering changes, configuration updates, documentation revisions, release readiness, implementation plans, dependencies, risks, milestones, and stakeholder communications. Maintain dashboards, trackers, decision logs, and traceability for approved changes affecting engineered and manufactured products.

Designs, prototypes, tests, and validates cooling products including chillers and CDUs. Responsibilities include refrigeration, thermal, and hydronic calculations; prototype construction; lab and performance testing; test-data analysis; component selection; design documentation; manufacturing transition support; and incorporating field feedback into product improvements.

Reviews cooling-system drawings and submittals for equipment selection, capacity, and hydronic configuration accuracy. Collaborates with customer and consulting engineers, supports estimating with technical proposal input, and provides engineering assistance to project managers and customers throughout installation and startup. Resolves technical questions, drawing conflicts, RFIs, and submittals, while feeding field experience into research and product development. The role focuses on data center cooling systems, including chillers, CDUs, and liquid cooling for AI and hyperscale deployments.
