Supports recruitment and onboarding by reviewing applications, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, administering pre-employment tests and Live Scan fingerprinting, completing references, maintaining applicant tracking records and staffing reports, and placing hires at school sites. The role provides administrative support to hiring managers and regional teams, ensures compliance with documentation and background-check requirements, communicates candidate status, and helps meet recruitment KPIs and staffing needs.

Leads groups of students in an after-school program, providing academic assistance, enrichment, physical activities, behavior management, mentorship, and a safe, nurturing environment. Responsibilities include communicating student needs, supporting English learners, preparing snacks, maintaining clean facilities, tracking attendance, and participating in staff development.

Leads groups of 20–25 students in school or community settings, providing homework assistance, academic enrichment, physical activities, behavior management, mentoring, and safety supervision. Maintains an engaging, inclusive environment; communicates student needs to families and school staff; assists with snacks, cleaning, attendance, and site setup. Requires a high school diploma or GED, student-group experience, English proficiency, background and TB checks, and strong communication skills.
