Build and launch AI-native B2B SaaS products from the ground up. Partner with founders, customers, and engineers to identify high-value problems, prototype solutions, make architectural and product tradeoffs, define success metrics, and iterate rapidly. The role focuses on LLMs, agents, retrieval, workflows, and automation in an early-stage environment, while helping establish product culture and quality standards.

Own major technical initiatives from ambiguous customer and product problems through architecture, implementation, iteration, and production delivery. Build AI-native systems using LLMs, agents, evaluations, retrieval, enterprise context, and workflow automation. Set technical direction, make architectural tradeoffs, review work, unblock engineers, and translate customer signals into technical plans. Ship meaningful production work, clarify technical ownership, and reduce execution bottlenecks in a fast-moving startup environment.

Own end-to-end customer deployments of an AI platform by discovering business workflows, translating needs into technical plans, building integrations and prototypes, configuring agents and prompts, troubleshooting production issues, driving adoption, and feeding customer insights into product development. The role combines hands-on engineering, product judgment, customer engagement, and deployment ownership in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
