Associate Engineer supporting the Money Movement team by designing, developing, testing, and maintaining modern applications. The role involves Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kafka, databases, event-driven architectures, CI/CD, observability, automated testing, and production support. Candidates will collaborate with experienced engineers, participate in code reviews, learn engineering standards, explore AI-assisted development tools, and continuously build technical skills through feedback and hands-on problem solving.

Leads multiple Scrum and product teams, coaches teams and Product Owners, facilitates Agile ceremonies, removes impediments, manages product roadmaps and delivery initiatives, and drives cross-functional collaboration. The role oversees progress, risks, budgets, metrics, stakeholder communications, process improvement, and Agile center-of-excellence activities while ensuring products are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business priorities.

Leads digital product strategy, roadmap, discovery, acquisition, and conversion optimization for Thrivent.com. Owns growth metrics, funnel performance, experimentation, SEO/SEM insights, and customer journey improvements. Partners with design, engineering, analytics, marketing, content, and business teams to deliver measurable outcomes. Recruits, coaches, and supervises 1–4 product owners while managing priorities, budgets, stakeholder alignment, and long-term product vision.
