Collaborates with operations, sales, marketing, product, clinical, data, and billing teams to resolve partner needs and expand healthcare access.

Own Thriveworks’ paid media program across Google, Meta, Microsoft, and emerging channels. Manage large budgets, optimize campaigns through the full patient funnel, align spend with provider capacity, and maintain HIPAA-compliant tracking. Build automation and reporting workflows using Claude AI and the Google Ads API, direct creative testing, manage geo-level bidding and budgets, run A/B tests, and provide weekly performance recommendations to marketing leadership.
