Provides HR guidance to employees and managers on policies, employee relations, performance management, accommodations, corrective action, and employment laws. Supports return-to-work processes, HR compliance, recordkeeping, employee lifecycle initiatives, and process improvements for a multi-state, remote workforce. Serves as a primary contact for HR inquiries and participates in organizational projects while handling confidential information professionally.

Lead revenue cycle operations, including patient accounts receivable, credit balances, eligibility verification, billing call center workflows, insurance denials, write-offs, collections, and outsourced vendor management. Develop KPIs, SOPs, training, and process improvements to reduce aging and denials, improve revenue integrity and cash flow, and enhance the patient financial journey across a multistate healthcare environment.

Partner with executive leadership, clinical operations, and growth teams to lead FP&A across clinics and service lines. Build financial models, perform scenario analysis, evaluate new clinic openings and M&A, develop KPIs and dashboards, deliver executive-ready analyses, and lead a team of financial analysts to improve scalability, efficiency, and profitability in a high-growth healthcare services organization.
