Thuma Benefits Overview

Own full-cycle, high-volume recruiting across retail, cafe, customer experience, and supply chain roles. Build scalable talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers, advise on hiring decisions, track recruiting metrics, improve sourcing strategies, and support onboarding handoffs. The role also involves using AI tools, managing referral tracking, planning hiring events, supporting new-market expansion, and delivering a thoughtful candidate experience aligned with the Thuma brand.

Own and scale Thuma’s People Operations infrastructure, including Rippling administration, HRIS data integrity, performance cycles, compensation programs, benefits, compliance, leaves, onboarding, communications, and people reporting. Lead process improvements, vendor management, audits, and cross-functional alignment with Finance, Legal, Payroll, and employees. Use AI and automation to streamline workflows and improve the employee experience.

Creates engaging copy from creative briefs across social, email, paid digital, video, print, out-of-home, experiential, and retail channels. Researches and develops concepts from draft through final copy, maintains brand voice across mediums, presents work for feedback, and collaborates with creative teams on longer-form content and product launches. The role is hybrid, with onsite work Tuesday through Thursday in San Francisco.
