Leads end-to-end furniture and home goods product development from concept through production readiness. Partners with Design, Sourcing, Merchandising, Compliance, and global manufacturers to manage timelines, prototypes, specifications, costs, quality, vendor communication, and production transitions. Reviews CAD drawings and finishes, assesses prototype craftsmanship, supports testing and pilot runs, identifies process improvements, and helps bring innovative products to market while preserving design intent.

Manage sourcing strategies and supplier relationships across the product lifecycle, from development through delivery. Responsibilities include vendor selection, RFQs, cost analysis and negotiation, production scheduling, quality assurance, compliance, demand planning, risk mitigation, supplier onboarding, sustainability, and process improvement. The role collaborates with international suppliers and internal teams to improve product quality, efficiency, lead times, and cost while supporting new product launches.

Build, schedule, QA, and deploy email and SMS campaigns and automated lifecycle journeys. Manage campaign calendars and workflows, coordinate with creative and merchandising teams, support testing and list growth, and produce performance reporting with actionable recommendations. Maintain campaign documentation, templates, linking standards, and quality controls while investigating data or technical issues.
