Supports tax administration and reporting for exchange-traded funds. Responsibilities include calculating dividend and capital gain distributions, preparing tax returns and shareholder reporting adjustments, monitoring book-to-tax differences, coordinating tax disclosures and provisions, and researching tax impacts across securities. The role partners with fund administration leadership, auditors, and clients while helping expand tax administration services.

Leads day-to-day tax administration for ETF funds, including RIC and excise tax returns, tax provisions, distributions, Subchapter M compliance, and shareholder reporting data. Manages tax professionals, reviews complex work, supports clients and auditors, resolves technical issues, and improves processes, controls, technology, and training. Requires substantial investment company or fund tax experience, with preferred ETF tax operations, CPA or master’s credentials, and process improvement experience.

Lead and scale ETF fund administration, overseeing regulatory filings, board reporting, audits, liquidity monitoring, operational controls, risk management, and service-provider relationships. Build scalable processes, develop senior teams, strengthen governance, improve efficiency, and partner with internal stakeholders and external fund ecosystem participants. Support regulatory exams, client due diligence, and platform growth while maintaining accuracy, accountability, and service quality.
