As a Senior Copywriter at Tilt, you will create and refine brand copy, lead long-form narratives, and collaborate with designers to enhance the brand voice while driving creative standards and emotional connections with audiences.

Lead US accounting operations and month-end close, build accounting infrastructure for IPO readiness, implement internal controls and GAAP-compliant reporting, manage and mentor accountants, champion automation and SQL-driven workflows, and liaise with auditors, regulators, and investors.

The Agentic AI Lead will design AI-first processes, lead innovation projects, drive cultural change, and partner with leaders to transform operations at Tilt.
