The role develops production-quality systems that detect vulnerabilities, resist prompt injection and data exfiltration, validate findings, and learn from customer engagements. Responsibilities span research and engineering, including experiments, graders, benchmarks, multi-step planning, model tuning, and security research for LLM-based applications.

Own technical customer engagements for Tolmo’s AI-powered cybersecurity platform. Conduct discovery, deliver tailored security demos, lead proofs of value, explain findings to technical and executive audiences, respond to security questionnaires and RFPs, coordinate pentesting campaigns, and relay customer feedback to product and engineering. Build repeatable proof-of-value playbooks and solutions engineering assets in an early-stage, high-ownership environment.
