The VP of Operations will lead Business Operations, Data, and AI Transformation, driving operational excellence and scalable infrastructure to support hypergrowth at Torq, focusing on data-driven culture and AI integration.

Generate and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn and email outreach, maintain a pipeline, research target accounts, collaborate on account-based strategies, use CRM to track activity, and occasionally attend regional industry events.

Own pre-sales technical strategy for Torq in Brazil: lead Sales Engineering, support sales with demos and technical guidance, drive CRM/process adoption, represent product at events, collaborate with product teams for enhancements, and help close Fortune 1000 deals.
