As a People Partner at TRI, you will develop people strategies, guide organizational design, coach leaders, and support change management initiatives to enhance team effectiveness and alignment with business goals.

Lead development of sensor- and system-level simulation workflows for end-to-end autonomy: build visually realistic simulators, integrate third-party simulators, generate synthetic data, curate scenarios, log large-scale virtual tests, create diagnostic tooling and analysis pipelines, collaborate across autonomy, ML, and integration teams, and mentor engineers to close the gap between simulation and on-vehicle deployment.

The VC Associate will source and screen innovative companies, participate in due diligence, prepare investment memos, and support deal negotiations while networking within the startup ecosystem.
