Work with senior Capital Markets professionals to build and operate TPG's Broker Dealer, execute leveraged finance and other financings, lead lender/investor outreach, structure deals, and redevelop the BD tech stack with AI integration while supporting BD reporting, budgeting, and pipeline processes.

The Chief of Staff will support the President by managing projects, executing strategic initiatives, and enhancing internal and external communications.

Support climate impact assessments for investments by conducting quantitative climate research (e.g., LCAs, decarbonization scenarios), literature reviews, industry and technology research, and prepare analysis and presentations for deal teams. Work 20 hours/week remotely from eligible US states during a late-August to mid-December internship.
