Drive new and repeat sales within Strategic Accounts by recommending products and solutions, processing orders/quotes/returns, upselling and cross-selling, coordinating shipments, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining customer files and sales opportunities. Work closely with outside sales and vendor partners to meet monthly quotas and support account growth.

As a Senior Associate, you'll lead project workstreams, develop strategies to solve technical challenges, manage client relationships, and contribute to business development efforts while ensuring cohesive system designs and data architecture.

Lead and coach a Strategic Initiatives team while directly managing complex, cross-functional, executive-sponsored projects. Own portfolio oversight, governance, resource allocation, delivery, change control, benefits tracking, and acquisition integration support. Establish PM standards, reporting, and stakeholder communications to ensure initiatives meet timelines, budgets, and business outcomes.
