Manages and coaches an inside sales team while supporting individual ISR responsibilities. Develops regional sales strategies, onboarding, training, KPIs, workflows, forecasting, and reporting. Collaborates cross-functionally to improve sales processes, customer experience, margins, and revenue. Oversees quotes, orders, returns, credits, pricing adjustments, customer insights, and operational performance while ensuring service-level targets and sales goals are achieved.

Supports clients with strategic planning, technology roadmaps, and complex cross-functional initiatives. Leads project or program workstreams, manages timelines and resources, analyzes risks and improvement opportunities, communicates project status, develops solutions to technical challenges, builds client relationships, supports change adoption, and contributes to business development.

Leads Trace3’s AI strategy for a priority industry vertical and assigned anchor accounts. Develops vertical AI narratives, executive relationships, roadmaps, business cases, governance models, solution architectures, accelerators, and reference architectures. Shapes and advances AI pursuits, guides use-case discovery and proofs of concept, ensures delivery fidelity, manages escalations, and measures business value. The role combines enterprise AI consulting, account leadership, executive engagement, opportunity development, and transformation leadership across areas such as financial services, healthcare, government, manufacturing, or retail.
